Will guests pay for charging, or should we offer it free?

Most hotels charge guests £0.30–0.40/kWh (cheaper than public rapid, higher margin for you). Some offer free charging for loyalty members or direct bookings. We will model both scenarios for your hotel.

How do we promote the chargers to guests?

We provide booking.com / hotels.com badges, website widgets, check-in scripts, and in-room QR codes. Your hotel appears in "EV charging" filters on all major booking platforms.

What about parking allocation? Will non-guests use the bays?

You can restrict charging to guests only via the app, or open to the public for higher revenue. Most hotels reserve 2–4 bays for guests, open the rest to the public.

Can we bill charging to the room?

Yes — we integrate with major PMS systems (Opera, Cloudbeds, etc.) so guests can charge to their room. Alternatively, guests pay via the app directly.
