1. Who these terms apply to

These terms govern your use of energy-partners.co.uk (the "site"). They do not govern the supply of any product or service — that is dealt with in a separate written agreement we sign with you after our site visit.

2. Who we are

Energy Partners is a trading name of PFW Holdings Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 12267104), whose registered office is at Willoughby House (Office 7), 2 Broad Street, Stamford, PE9 1PG (VAT number 359 7319 55). When you contact us via the site, your enquiry may be handled by one or more of our collaboration partners on our behalf.

3. Acceptable use

By using the site you agree:

• Not to use the site for anything unlawful
• Not to scrape, copy, reverse-engineer or automatically crawl the site without our written permission
• Not to overload, attack, deface, hack, distribute malware via, or otherwise interfere with the site
• Not to misrepresent your identity or your venue when submitting enquiries
• Not to use the site to send spam or unsolicited communications

4. Intellectual property

All content, branding, layout, copy, calculators, downloads and visual assets on the site are owned by Energy-Partners or its licensors. You may share links to public pages. Copying, mirroring or commercial re-use of our content is not permitted without our written permission.

5. Submissions and enquiries

When you submit an enquiry — for example via "Book a visit" — you are inviting us to contact you about the Venue Revenue Programme. You are not entering a contract for the supply of products or services. The site does not create any commercial obligation on either side; that comes only with a signed agreement after the site visit.

6. Indicative figures

Any revenue figures, savings figures, calculator outputs or yield ranges shown on the site are illustrative only and based on UK industry data, our own portfolio averages, or assumptions stated alongside each figure. They do not constitute a forecast, a guarantee, or a representation that any specific outcome will be achieved at your venue. Your venue-specific model is produced at your free site visit.

7. Third-party tools and links

The site may link to or embed third-party tools (for example, route planners or charger-network listings). We are not responsible for the content, availability or privacy practices of third-party sites.

8. Disclaimer

The site is provided "as is" with no warranty of fitness for any particular purpose. We will not be liable for any indirect, consequential or incidental loss arising from your use of the site, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded (including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud).

9. Changes to the site

We reserve the right to change the site, withdraw it temporarily, or alter these terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected on this page along with an updated "Last updated" date.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from your use of the site are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Water Rebate Recovery service

The water rebate recovery service available via this site is operated by PFW Holdings Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 12267104), registered office Willoughby House (Office 7), 2 Broad Street, Stamford, PE9 1PG, VAT number 359 7319 55. Fees. If a backdated refund of surface water drainage charges is granted, our fee is 25% of that refund plus VAT, payable once the refund has been received. For these purposes “refund received” includes a credit applied to your water account, not only a cash payment. No fee is charged on your ongoing or future savings — the permanently lower bill is yours in full. If no refund is granted, no fee is payable.

Withdrawal. You may withdraw at any time before we submit your claim to your water retailer, at no cost. There is no obligation to proceed simply because you started the eligibility checker.

Authority. We will not contact your water retailer or wholesaler without your signed written authority.

No guarantee. Only your water company decides whether a rebate applies and how much. We cannot guarantee any outcome, and nothing on the site should be read as a promise that a refund will be obtained.

PFW Holdings Ltd is registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office under reference ZA885545. Nothing on this site constitutes financial advice, and PFW Holdings Ltd does not hold any FCA authorisation or undertake any regulated activity in connection with this service.
